Business Development Executive (BDE) at Lynky Tech

Main Responsibilities: Find new customers through calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and events. Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements. Explain and demonstrate Lynky Tech's AI automation solutions. Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into sales. Negotiate with clients and close deals. Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM. Build relationships with existing clients for referrals and new business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events when required. Candidate Requirements: 0-3 years of experience in Sales, BDE, Business Development, or a similar role. Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and target-oriented. Willing to make calls and approach new customers. Good follow-up and negotiation skills. Able to handle rejection and continue following up. Basic knowledge of technology, AI, or software. Willing to work full-time from the Coimbatore office. Willing to travel locally for client meetings when required. Preferred / Additional Skills: B2B Sales experience. IT/Software/Tech Sales experience. CRM knowledge. LinkedIn outreach experience. Existing contacts in the Coimbatore business/manufacturing sector. Experience in trade shows or industry events.
