Responsibilities of the Candidate: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ERP solutions. Identify and prospect new clients in the assigned regions (Coimbatore, Salem, Tiruchirappalli, Vellore, Puducherry). Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored ERP solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in ERP sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
