Responsibilities: Drive business loan sales by identifying and acquiring potential customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits. MTO ensures disbursement targets are met with minimum delinquency. Assess the potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas. Disbursement, repayment, and delinquency management, achieving daily/weekly targets. Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meetings, and review loan applications. Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and establish strong brand identification with potential customers. Ensure weekly/daily meetings & visits to the centre. Requirements: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in lending products, open market sourcing, and small ticket-size business loans. A valid Driving License (DL) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory requirements for this role. A basic understanding of how business loan models work would be preferred.
