Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain products/services. Maintain a database of current and potential customers. Answer questions about products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary. Handle customer grievances with the utmost professionalism and escalate issues when required. Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales quotas. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives. Requirements: Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
