Responsibilities Record daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase vouchers, payment vouchers, and journal entries. Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment after verification. Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain Accounts Receivable records. Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledger accounts regularly. Maintain petty cash and prepare petty cash reports. Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Maintain customer and supplier account ledgers. Verify purchase bills and coordinate with the Purchase department for discrepancies. Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims. Maintain fixed asset records and supporting documents. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management. Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and reports. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents. Follow company financial policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information. Requirements We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our Finance and Accounts department. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and statutory compliance. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
