Responsibilities Assist in preparing financial statements and reports. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Support the accounting team with various tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles. Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking. Requirements Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles. Familiarity with financial statements and general ledger functions. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software. Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks. Data entry skills with a knack for numbers. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
