We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Chairman, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of daily tasks. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive personal and executive assistant support to the Chairman. Manage and maintain the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Arrange and manage travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation. Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Chairman. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain a highly organized filing system and office environment. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the efficient functioning of the Chairman's office. Requirements: Proven experience in providing personal or executive assistant support, with a strong emphasis on calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics. Proficiency with common office software, including the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and various email/calendar tools and good knowlwdge in Artificial Intelligence. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive and able to anticipate needs. Bachelor's degree preferred.
