Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and provide information about our products/services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Generate and qualify leads through telecalling. Follow up with customers and prospects regularly. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion. Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good Hindi and English communication; additional local language is a plus. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach. Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
