Software Developer / Tester Trainee – Fresher CrescoWorks is into Enterprise-grade product development. We are building worlds most advance Agentic Hiring Intelligence and Recruitment Automation platform(enterprise-grade). Why CrescoWorks? This is not a conventional maintenance or support role. You will work on a live enterprise product and develop deep skills in software engineering, AI, Agentic development and automation. We are looking for talented fresh graduates to join our engineering team as Software Developer / Tester Trainees. What You Will Learn Work on a live AI-first enterprise product and gain hands-on exposure to: • Agentic development methods and AI-assisted software engineering • Enterprise-scale application development • AI, LLMs and Agentic AI-based product development • Java & Spring Boot OR Angular & TypeScript • Modern software design and engineering practices • Real-world product development and quality engineering OR • AI based Software testing, • Functional Testing • and test automation, Depending on your interest, aptitude and role requirements, you can apply for either Software Development or Software Testing. Who Should Apply • Strong logical and problem-solving ability • Good academic performance, particularly in 10th and 12th • Fresh graduates with strong programming fundamentals • Willingness to learn advanced technologies and AI-assisted development • Good communication and analytical skills • For developers Prefered edu - B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent • For QA - Any graduation Preferred: Exposure to Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, Git, Selenium, Playwright or API testing.
