Focus on CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales, achieving and exceeding targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies. Ensure compliance with all banking and financial regulations. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in selling financial products, with a preference for CASA sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
