About this role

Job Description: Communicate effectively with Customers in Hindi & English. Coordinate and resolve issues with appointments, consultations, and follow-ups. Get Feedback from App Users and maintain records in MS Excel/ Website/ CRM. Provide information about Ayurverse Services. Help with Doctors and Patient Onboarding on Mobile App. Build positive and long-term relationships with Doctors. Requirements: Must be Graduate/ Diploma holder in any field. Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi. Good interpersonal and Customer-handling skills. Basic understanding of MS Excel and Google Docs. Knowledge of Ayurveda/healthcare will be an added advantage. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
