About the Company M/S Star Publicity is expanding its outdoor advertising and out-of-home (OOH) media business across North India. The company works with brands and clients to create strong visibility through hoardings, unipoles and other outdoor media formats. With a growth-focused team guided by the mission "Our Mission, Your Growth," this is an opportunity for a sales professional to build meaningful client relationships and contribute directly to business expansion. Responsibilities Drive field sales activities and conduct regular client meetings across the assigned location. Generate leads through networking, market visits, referrals and proactive prospecting. Understand client visibility needs and recommend suitable hoardings, unipoles and other OOH media solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and take opportunities through to successful deal closure. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, follow up consistently and work toward assigned revenue and growth targets. Develop long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies and local businesses while tracking market and competitor activity. Requirements 1-4 years of relevant experience in outdoor advertising, OOH, media sales or a closely related field. A strong local business network and a demonstrated record of closing sales deals. Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field work, travel and face-to-face client engagement. Good communication, negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple prospects independently and deliver within timelines.
