Overview Happiehire Consultancy is hiring a Zonal Data Captain to support commercial video data collection and field expansion initiatives in Bangalore. This opportunity is suited to an energetic field sales professional who enjoys meeting business owners, travelling extensively across a designated territory, and delivering measurable daily outcomes. Responsibilities Convert a minimum of eight verified businesses each day for commercial video data collection. Scout new towns, markets, and industrial clusters within the assigned zone and build a reliable pipeline of business opportunities. Coordinate recording-day activities, help ensure smooth on-ground execution, and maintain positive relationships with participating business owners. Track daily progress, share accurate updates, and take ownership of zone-level targets and operational follow-through. Requirements At least one year of experience in field sales, business development, or a closely related role. Native fluency in the relevant local language along with strong English communication skills. An existing network of business owners in the assigned region is highly valuable. Willingness to travel extensively and work independently in a 100% field-based environment. Comfort working with clear daily targets, frequent market visits, and relationship-led business acquisition. This is a full-time contract position offering a fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000, along with performance incentives of up to ₹95,000 per month.
