Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established processes. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in a US Voice Process (Sales). Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong customer handling and sales skills. Basic computer knowledge. Willingness to work night shifts. Immediate joiners are preferred.
