Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive training sessions on UI/UX design principles, tools, and best practices. Mentor students individually and in groups, providing constructive feedback and guidance on their projects. Develop and update course content to reflect the latest industry trends and technologies. Assess student progress and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall learning experience. Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and other interactive learning activities. Stay updated with the evolving UI/UX landscape and integrate new concepts into the curriculum. Requirements 1 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design and/or training. Proficiency in UI/UX design software and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship skills. Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Passion for teaching and helping others grow their skills. A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
