Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates through various channels. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer generation. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proven ability to attract and engage top talent. Candidates with a fresher to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
