Telesales Executive (International Telecom) at Rolexto Group

Responsibilities Drive sales growth by promoting international telecom products and services to customers. Manage customer interactions and build strong relationships with international clients. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions. Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism during sales interactions. Support the sales team in improving conversion rates and revenue generation. Make outbound calls to international customers and generate sales leads. Explain telecom products, plans, offers, and services to prospective customers. Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Update customer details and sales information in CRM systems. Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service activation. Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes. Requirements Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred. Freshers -1 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, or international sales preferred. Experience in international telecom sales will be an added advantage. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate confidently with international customers. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Target-oriented approach with the ability to achieve sales goals. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts as per business requirements.
