Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches in the health insurance industry. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the health insurance or financial services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to persuade and influence. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
