Record customer information, call outcomes, requests, and follow-up actions accurately in the relevant systems. Resolve routine concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience and contribute to daily team goals. Requirements 1-3 years of relevant experience in telesales, customer support, telecalling, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role. Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle conversations confidently, respond to customer questions, and maintain a positive service approach. Comfort with basic computer applications and maintaining accurate records. Female candidates are preferred for this opportunity. The position is full-time and based in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will receive an annual compensation package in the range of ₹3.5-4.5 LPA, depending on relevant experience and suitability for the role.
