Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our admissions team. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who can connect with prospective students, understand their study abroad aspirations, and conduct the first level of counselling before handing qualified students over to the Senior Counsellor. Candidates with basic knowledge of the study abroad industry will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and other sources. Understand the student's academic background, budget, preferred destination, and career goals. Conduct the first level of counselling and explain available study abroad opportunities. Qualify leads and schedule detailed counselling sessions with Senior Admission Counsellors. Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM. Follow up consistently with interested students to maximize conversions. Build trust and maintain professional relationships with students and parents. Meet daily calling, follow-up, and counselling targets. Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth student processing. Stay updated with study abroad trends, university intakes, and visa requirements. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, or Study Abroad Counselling.
