Talent Acquisition Intern Role: Talent Acquisition Intern Duration: 3 Months (Paid) Location: Infopark, Kochi Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: Freshers / Candidates with relevant internship experience We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support day-to-day recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement and recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and other channels. • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. • Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews. • Communicate with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups. • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. • Assist with recruitment reports and documentation. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Good interpersonal and coordination skills. • Basic understanding of recruitment processes. • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage. • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and good organisational skills.
