Role Overview: Guide students and parents in selecting coaching options based on academic level, target exam, preferred location, mode and budget. Research and compare verified institutes on AcademyCheck, explain differences clearly, and help with shortlisting and enquiries. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents by phone, chat and in person. Explain fees, batch details, faculty reputation signals, locations and reviews without overselling. Log enquiries, follow-ups and outcomes; coordinate institute visits and counselling callbacks. Maintain empathetic communication in fluent English and Hindi. Meet counselling targets and share market feedback with leadership. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling, education counselling or academic advisory. Fluent spoken English and Hindi. Strong listening, empathy and structured advisory skills; comfortable with phone/WhatsApp and basic CRM tools. Willing to work 6 days a week from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Work Details: Full-time, on-site in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Salary up to ₹40,000/month (₹20,000-₹40,000 based on experience and performance).
