About this role
Responsibilities Search for suitable projects on Freelancer.com, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms. Prepare and submit project proposals with guidance from the team. Communicate with clients through chat, email, and online meetings. Understand client requirements and share them with the technical team. Assist in preparing project-related documents and maintaining records. Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure client requirements are understood. Follow up with clients regarding project discussions and updates. Conduct basic market and competitor research. Maintain daily reports of proposals, client interactions, and project updates. Learn company services and suggest suitable solutions based on client requirements. Continuously improve communication, business analysis, and client-handling skills. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Good analytical and logical thinking. Strong willingness to learn and grow in the IT industry. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of websites, software, or digital marketing is preferred. Familiarity with MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
