Social Media & Content Growth Internship at Pab Learn Lead and Grow

We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented Social Media & Content Growth Intern to support our digital presence through content creation, social media management, and organic growth. Key Responsibilities Research social media trends, EdTech topics, competitors, and viral content formats. Ideate and create Reels, Shorts, carousels, posts, and educational content . Assist with scriptwriting, caption writing, shooting, and basic video editing . Manage and engage with audiences across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook & Quora . Support personal branding and content-led growth initiatives. Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics. Experiment with new content formats, hooks, trends, and creative ideas. Requirements Students or freshers from Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, Journalism , or relevant fields. Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing . Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing is an advantage. Good communication, creativity, and willingness to learn. Comfortable appearing on camera or willing to develop on-camera skills. Personal content/social media portfolio is a plus.
