About the Company CoralRidge Management Consultant is seeking energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join a leading Logistics & Freight Forwarding company based in Gurgaon. The role involves generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, managing leads, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities Generate leads through calling, networking, and other sales channels. Identify and approach potential customers for logistics and freight forwarding services. Make outbound calls and effectively communicate with prospective clients. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions. Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information. Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or related roles. Freshers with good communication and a strong willingness to learn can apply. Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented, proactive, and confident personality. Candidates comfortable working in an evening/night shift are preferred. Prior experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Courier, Shipping, or related industries will be an advantage.
