Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads Handle incoming sales and franchise-related enquiries Explain company offerings, services, and business opportunities clearly Follow up consistently with interested leads and prospects Qualify leads and schedule meetings or further discussions Work towards converting enquiries into sales opportunities Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and next actions Update lead information in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or other tracking systems Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling and closures Handle customer queries and objections professionally Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets Skills Required Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills Good command of Hindi and English Confidence in speaking with customers and prospects over calls Good understanding of sales, telecalling, lead follow-up, and customer handling Strong interpersonal and listening skills Ability to handle objections professionally Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools Strong follow-up, organisation, and time-management skills Comfortable working with sales and calling targets Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms for preparing call scripts, prospect research, drafting follow-up messages, summarising leads, and improving productivity Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn Qualifications Candidate must have completed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university Candidates from Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or related fields will be preferred Basic computer proficiency is required Freshers Are Welcome to Apply Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence over calls, and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
