Retail Sales Promoter - Mall at Skillsearch Management

Responsibilities of the Candidate: Engage with walk-in customers and drive in-store sales through product promotion. Deliver excellent customer service with strong product knowledge and effective brand communication. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product availability. Execute sales promotions, product sampling, and in-store activations. Track daily sales and share reports with the store team. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in a mall or retail store. Strong communication skills with fluency in English and the local language. Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Immediate joiners are preferred. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets. Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills. Ability to represent the brand professionally.
