Responsibilities Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of processes. Follow up on pending tasks to ensure their prompt resolution. Maintain accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) and comprehensive documentation. Monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all functions. Provide daily status updates to relevant stakeholders. Support cross-functional coordination efforts to enhance departmental synergy. Resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively. Ensure all assigned activities are completed within defined timelines and to the highest standards. Requirements Proven experience in a coordination or operational role, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in maintaining MIS and documentation. Ability to monitor and ensure SOP compliance. Proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues. Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A minimum salary for this role is ₹20,000/month.
