About the Company: Jeya Industries and Engineerings Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. Responsibilities: Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for mechanical components and assemblies. Develop and modify designs using AutoCAD, Creo, and SolidWorks. Prepare manufacturing and engineering drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and specifications. Review designs for functionality, manufacturability, and accuracy. Work with engineering and production teams to resolve design-related issues. Make design modifications based on engineering requirements and feedback. Maintain and update engineering drawings, models, and design documentation. Assist in product development, prototyping, and design improvement activities. Follow company design standards, engineering practices, and documentation procedures. Requirements: The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, Creo, and SolidWorks. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant Design Engineering / Mechanical Engineering degree. Good knowledge of mechanical design principles. Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD. Working knowledge of Creo. Working knowledge of SolidWorks. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, dimensions, and tolerances. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of GD&T. Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, machining, or mechanical assemblies.
