About the Company Melonleaf Consulting is seeking a creative and energetic Marketing & Social Media Executive to support brand growth and audience engagement. This opportunity is designed for a fresher or early-career professional who enjoys following digital trends, developing fresh ideas, and learning through hands-on marketing work. Responsibilities Assist with planning and executing social media marketing activities across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Create and recommend engaging concepts for posts, campaigns, and other content. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for timely, relevant content. Support brand-building, awareness, and creative campaign initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing activities effectively. Research competitors, industry developments, and audience preferences. Track basic social media performance and engagement metrics. Contribute innovative, out-of-the-box ideas to marketing initiatives. Requirements Fresher or candidate with 0-1 year of experience in marketing, social media, branding, or a related area. Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Advertising, or a related field is preferred. Good awareness of social media platforms and current digital trends. Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts. Strong creativity, communication, interpersonal skills, and an experimental mindset. Curiosity, proactiveness, and willingness to learn and test new ideas. Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools is an added advantage. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Sector 48, Gurgaon, with a five-day working week and Saturdays and Sundays off. The compensation offered is ₹3-4 LPA annually.
