The company is building a strong business development function and is seeking an energetic professional who can contribute to consistent pipeline growth through structured prospecting and thoughtful communication. Responsibilities Research potential B2B clients using LinkedIn, Google, databases, email, and other online channels. Generate and qualify leads for IT services, software development, cloud, SaaS, and digital solutions. Maintain accurate prospect and company information in databases and CRM tools. Conduct outbound outreach through cold email, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling. Understand prospect requirements, identify opportunities, schedule meetings, and support the sales team. Follow up consistently, maintain lead statuses, track daily and weekly activity, and work toward assigned targets. Monitor industry trends, target markets, competitors, and emerging customer segments. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, inside sales, or IT sales; freshers are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to learn. Comfort with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, research, networking, and follow-up. Basic understanding of B2B sales and the IT services industry. Ability to meet targets, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with the sales team. Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead-generation platforms is an advantage. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Noida or Pune, with a fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000.
