Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting jewellery, answering their queries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and current promotions. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and courteously. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing. Participate in inventory management, including stocking, display, and security of merchandise. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, security, and customer service. Requirements Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers find the perfect piece of jewellery. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of different types of jewellery, precious metals, and gemstones is a plus. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. A professional and presentable demeanor.
