The company is seeking an IT Support Executive to provide responsive technical assistance and help employees work productively with their systems, applications, and devices. Responsibilities Provide first-level support for Windows desktops, laptops, software, email, and Microsoft Office applications. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and other peripherals. Assist with basic network connectivity issues and coordinate resolution of recurring technical problems. Handle user requests and incidents through appropriate ticketing and support processes, maintaining clear updates and documentation. Deliver courteous user support, explain solutions clearly, and escalate complex issues when required. Requirements Any degree or equivalent educational qualification. 0-3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, helpdesk operations, or a related area. Working knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, basic networking, printer and peripheral support, and MS Office or email troubleshooting. Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply. Good communication, problem-solving, customer-service, and ticket-handling skills. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Coimbatore, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000.
