IT Sales Executive at Techtrix Solutions Pvt Ltd

Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, references, email campaigns, and customer visits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware and technology solutions. Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and compliance documents. Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, etc. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions with customers and vendors. Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, payments, and order execution. Track sales opportunities from enquiry through quotation, negotiation, PO, billing, and delivery. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, opportunities, and sales activities. Monitor market prices, competitor offerings, product availability, and new technology trends. Coordinate with the internal purchase, presales, logistics, finance, and service teams for smooth order execution. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of IT products and solutions. Requirements: Good knowledge of IT hardware and networking products. Strong Corporate sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills. Good understanding of quotations, margins, pricing, and commercial negotiations. Ability to coordinate effectively with OEMs and distributors.
