About this role
Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Make outbound calls to potential clients and understand their requirements. Explain the company's products and services to prospective customers. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process. Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with potential clients. Maintain and update lead and customer information in the CRM. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with potential clients. Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management .
