About the Company Keystone Security Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities. We are a company operating in the Security, Video Monitoring, and Operations industry. Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, from sourcing to joining. Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts. Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Manage candidate communication and joining formalities. HR Operations Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exits. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Manage attendance, leaves, shift schedules, and employee-related queries. Payroll for attendance, salary inputs, deductions, incentives, and Full & Final settlements. Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers. Ensure HR policies and processes are properly implemented. Employee Engagement & Relations Address employee concerns and provide timely HR support. Assist in employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal events. Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee grievance handling. Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition records. Compliance & Documentation Ensure proper maintenance of employee documentation and HR records. Support statutory compliance and company HR policies. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Assist in preparing HR letters, notices, policies, and other documentation. Requirements The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field is required.
