Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and actionable insights for internal leadership. Coordinate with business, technology, and HR teams to track priorities and support timely execution. Maintain accurate records, follow organizational procedures, and contribute to process improvements. Requirements 1-4 years of relevant experience in HR, business analysis, people operations, reporting, or a related role. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work with structured data, prepare clear reports, and translate findings into practical recommendations. Comfort working in an IT industry environment and handling multiple priorities with attention to detail. A relevant graduate qualification is preferred. The selected candidate will work full time from the Pune office and receive an annual compensation package of ₹2.4-6 LPA.
