Responsibilities: Performance Marketing (Core): Design, run, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Manage budgets effectively, focusing on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), while developing robust scaling strategies. Build comprehensive marketing funnels and conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize performance. Branding + Creative Strategy: Develop compelling ad angles, hooks, and messaging that resonate with our target audience. Work on enhancing brand storytelling beyond direct response tactics. Guide the creative team in producing high-impact static ads, video ads, and engaging User-Generated Content (UGC)-style material. AI-Driven Execution: Utilize AI tools, including Claude, for efficient ad copy generation, creative ideation, drafting landing page content, and summarizing data analysis. Establish repeatable, scalable workflows powered by AI prompt systems. Analytics & Numbers (Very Important): Diligently track and analyze key performance indicators such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), CAC, Lifetime Value (LTV), ROAS, Impression Share, and Video Completion rates to inform strategic decisions.
