Responsibilities: Manage the reception and front desk while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment. Greet and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and guests with courtesy and professionalism. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members. Maintain visitor records and coordinate access with relevant teams. Manage meeting-room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared and presentable. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office administration teams. Receive, sort, record, and distribute courier items and mail. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional presentation, positive interpersonal style, and a service-oriented attitude. Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple front-office tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Comfort with handling calls, correspondence, records, visitors, and day-to-day office coordination.
