Thinkvalley is hiring for Front Desk & Client Relations Executive About the Company: Thinkvalley is seeking a polished and service-oriented Front Desk & Client Relations Executive to create a professional, welcoming experience for clients and visitors. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity in Gurgaon for immediate joiners who are confident in communication and comfortable managing client-facing responsibilities. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Manage front-desk operations, daily coordination, appointments, and visitor interactions. Coordinate with junior front-desk staff to support smooth day-to-day functioning. Handle CRM-related activities, update client records, and maintain accurate information. Support client communication, follow-ups, and internal coordination. Help ensure a consistently professional and comfortable experience for every client. Requirements: Min 1 year with relevant experience are welcome to apply. A background in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication with strong client-handling ability. Professional, presentable, courteous, and organized personality. Ability to manage multiple front-desk and coordination tasks responsibly. Immediate joiners are preferred. Female candidates are preferred for the client-facing nature of the position. Compensation: ₹20,000-₹30,000 per month. Work arrangement: Full-time, in-office in Gurgaon.
