Zyro Logistics is looking for a motivated Fresher Full-Stack Developer to join our early-stage logistics company in Kochi. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is interested in web development, AI tools, vibe coding, agent automation, and building real-world business applications. You will work closely with our team to build and improve digital tools that make logistics operations simpler, faster, and more efficient. What You'll Work On • Build and maintain web applications and internal business tools • Develop tools for operations, customers, and internal teams • Use modern AI-assisted coding and agent automation tools to build solutions faster • Create and automate business workflows • Test, debug, and improve applications and features • Connect applications with APIs and third-party services • Work with databases and backend systems • Identify business problems and develop practical technical solutions • Explore and learn new technologies and development tools • Work closely with the team to turn ideas into working products Who We're Looking For • Fresh graduate or candidate with 0-1 year of experience • Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking ability • Curious and eager to learn new technologies • Interest in AI tools, automation, and modern software development • Willingness to experiment and learn by building • Sense of ownership and willingness to take responsibility • Good communication and teamwork skills • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude is a plus Technical Skills Knowledge of some of the following is an advantage: • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • React or other frontend frameworks • Node.js or other backend technologies • Python • SQL and databases • REST APIs • Git and GitHub • AI coding tools • Workflow automation tools • Basic understanding of cloud or deployment concepts You do not need to know everything listed above.
