Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, local networking, referrals, and other relevant channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties. Arrange and conduct property visits, explain project features, and support customers throughout the sales journey. Maintain regular follow-ups, update lead information, and work toward assigned sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely documentation, communication, and closure of deals. Track local market activity, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Requirements: Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up abilities. Comfort with frequent travel within Pune and meeting prospective customers in person. A proactive, target-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple leads independently.
