The organization is looking for a customer-focused Field Sales professional who can build strong relationships, understand client needs, and contribute to consistent business growth. Responsibilities: Identify and develop prospective customers through field visits, referrals, local networks, and other suitable channels. Explain insurance products clearly, understand customer requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, meetings, follow-ups, documentation, and closure. Maintain accurate records of prospects and customers while providing timely updates to the reporting manager. Build long-term relationships with policyholders and support service requirements to encourage retention and referrals. Work toward assigned sales targets while following company processes, compliance standards, and ethical selling practices. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in field sales, insurance sales, relationship management, or a related customer-facing role. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Comfort with frequent local travel and meeting customers in person across Pune. Ability to work independently, organize daily activities, follow up consistently, and deliver results against targets. Basic digital literacy for updating leads, preparing reports, and using communication or CRM tools. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune, Maharashtra, offering an annual salary range of ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within a performance-oriented insurance sales environment.
