Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Proven experience as a Field Recruiter or similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment software. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
