Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity. Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Travel to client locations as required to provide support and resolve issues promptly. Document all support activities, resolutions, and configurations. Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and projects. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar field. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications. Familiarity with hardware components, network troubleshooting, and security practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within Madurai and surrounding areas. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT issues.
