About this role
Responsibilities of the Candidate: Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security devices, and end-user systems Deploy software, hardware, and cloud-based solutions based on project requirements Perform system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues Diagnose and resolve technical issues within defined service level agreements Escalate critical technical issues to senior teams or OEM support when required Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices Perform system administration tasks, including user management, backups, security checks, and performance optimization Ensure the availability and reliability of client IT environments Act as the primary technical point of contact during client visits and field operations Provide technical guidance, training, and product demonstrations to clients Prepare and maintain service reports and technical documentation Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to understand customer requirements Support pre-sales activities, including site surveys and solution assessments Lead on-site project implementation and mentor junior engineers Maintain installation, configuration, and service records Submit regular status reports and follow company standards for field operations Requirements: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration Experience with hardware installation, software deployment, and technical troubleshooting Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and cloud-based solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer relationship management skills Ability to manage on-site technical support and field operations Experience preparing technical documentation and service reports Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
