Requirements 0-2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, contact center operations, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are required. Strong customer-first attitude, active listening, and professional communication abilities. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn support tools and processes quickly. Good problem-solving, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to work from the Koramangala, Bangalore office and manage multiple customer interactions responsibly. This is a full-time, in-office role offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹23,000. The successful candidate will contribute directly to building positive customer relationships while developing practical experience in a structured support environment.
