Indus Health Plus Pvt ltd is hiring for Customer Support Executive / Treatment Package Executive! Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries through professional and courteous communication. Explain treatment packages, services, processes, and relevant benefits clearly. Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and coordinate follow-ups. Maintain customer records and update interactions in the required systems. Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries and support smooth customer service delivery. Meet assigned service and performance objectives while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Applicants should have completed 12th standard or an equivalent qualification. Applicants with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Insurance or TPA sector are preferred. Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer-handling skills are important. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to understand healthcare or insurance-related information will be useful. The selected candidate should be comfortable working from the Model Colony, Pune office.
