We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support growth, expand customer relationships, and strengthen our presence in the Bangalore market. Responsibilities Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, outreach, referrals, and local market networking. Understand customer requirements and present suitable home and consumer service offerings. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, follow up consistently, schedule meetings, and support discussions through closure. Build productive relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal teams while sharing market feedback. Prepare regular activity and performance updates and contribute to business development targets. Requirements Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Comfort with customer-facing activities, lead tracking, and structured follow-up management. A proactive, target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with the Bangalore market and customer service-led businesses will be an advantage.
