Responsibilities Identify and research prospective clients through online channels, referrals, networking, and market outreach. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from initial contact through qualification and conversion. Understand prospect requirements and coordinate with internal teams to present suitable software or technology solutions. Prepare proposals, follow up with decision-makers, negotiate effectively, and support the closure of deals. Maintain accurate records of conversations, opportunities, forecasts, and client interactions. Build long-term relationships with customers and share market feedback to improve business development strategy. Requirements Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a related commercial role. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills. A proactive approach to lead generation, relationship building, and achieving measurable targets. Ability to understand customer needs, explain solutions clearly, and work collaboratively with delivery and support teams. Comfort with maintaining sales reports and using common productivity or CRM tools. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000-₹25,000. The successful candidate will contribute directly to the organization's growth while developing strong exposure to technology sales and client partnerships.
